Katie's First Blog Experience

I just showed my blog to my daughter, Kaite. It is her first entre' into the world of blogs. I am encouraging her to publish her writing through a blog. She is an excellent writer!

Knowledge Building

I'm understanding the concept of RSS and Blogs a little better now. I installed the Firefox browser on my computer this morning. Randy Orwin, Ed Tech Director at Bainbridge Island, suggested that I use it, because it allows you to subscribe to RSS feeds very easily. Simply look up the feed as a bookmark, and the content is dynamically updated.

Looking at different open source tools to use to build a blogging site for the agency. Hope to have it figured out soon.
